Carlisle Public Schools continues to champion innovative learning environments, recently created new Sensory Pathways. Spearheaded by Sue Ross and April Colson, this summer project utilized a grant-funded Cricut machine to design and produce custom sensory pathway stickers. This initiative directly addresses the importance of movement and sensory input in student development and learning. The grant also facilitated teacher training on the Cricut machine and collaboration with a graphic artist, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal. Building on the success of prior sensory pathway implementations, this project underscores the district's dedication to reimagining everyday school experiences, turning simple transitions into opportunities for engagement and well-being.
